摘要
目的探讨祛痰活血、开窍醒脑中药组方的脑脉Ⅱ号对缺血脑组织超微结构的影响。方法将大鼠分成正常组、急性脑缺血模型组和脑脉Ⅱ号加脑缺血组。比较各组的神经细胞、胶质细胞和毛细血管的变化。结果正常组大脑皮质神经细胞、胶质细胞和毛细血管的形态结构正常。模型组神经细胞、胶质细胞均出现膜性结构严重破损,胞质和线粒体肿胀;毛细血管管腔变窄,管壁粗糙。脑脉Ⅱ号加脑缺血组神经细胞、胶质细胞和毛细血管形态结构趋于正常。结论脑脉Ⅱ号对大鼠急性脑缺血大脑皮质神经细胞、胶质细胞及毛细血管超微结构均有保护作用。
Objective To explore the effect of naomai Ⅱ Chinese drug with actions of promoting blood circulation, on removing blood stasis and inducing resuscitation on the ultractructure of cerebral ischemia, Methods Fourteen rats were divided into three groups： The normal group, the model group and the cerebral ischemia group treated with naomai Ⅱ, The structural changes of nerve cells, gliocytes and capillaries were compared. Results In the normal group, the morphology of nerve cells, gliocytes and capillaries of the cerebral cortex was normal. In the model group, the membranous structure of nerve cells and gliocytes damaged seriously; Cytoplasm and mltochondrion swollen;Lumen of capillary narrowed and vessel wall roughed, In cerebral ischemia group, the uhrastructure of nerve cells, gliocytes and capillaries were nearly normal, Conclusion Naomai Ⅱ had some protection on the ultrastructure of neurocytes, gliocytes and capillaries of pallium in rat with acute cerebral ischemia.
