中风康对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织超微结构的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨中药中风康对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织超微结构的影响。方法:采用线栓法复制局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型。以步长脑心通为对照,于脑缺血48 h观察中风康(主要成分:枸杞子、怀牛膝、川芎、水蛭、地龙、橘络、胆南星、石菖蒲、冰片等)对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织含水量和超微结构的影响。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组出现明显的血脑屏障和神经元超微结构损害,脑组织含水量增加(P<0.01);与模型组比较,各治疗组脑组织超微结构损害均有不同程度减轻,脑组织含水量均下降(P均<0.01)。结论:中风康可减轻缺血时脑组织超微结构的损害,维护血脑屏障的完整性,有效减轻脑水肿和神经元的缺血坏死。 Objective: To observe the effect of Zhongfengkang (中风康) on brain ultrastructure of rats with focal cerebral ischemia. Methods: The model of focal cerebral ischemia was replicated by inserting nylon thread. Compared with the treatment of Buchang Naoxintong (步长脑心通), the effect of Zhongfengkang (ingredients: fructus lycii (枸杞子), Henan achyranthes root (怀牛膝), ligusticum (川芎), hirudo (水蛭), lumbricus(地龙), tangerine pith (橘络), arisaema cure bile (胆南星), acorus tatarinowii (石菖蒲), borneolum syntheticum (冰片), etc. ) on cerebral ultrastructure and brain edema of rats with focal cerebral ischemia was observed in 48 hours after cerebral ischemia. Results: The injury of ultrastructure of blood brain barrier and neuron and the brain edema were more severe in the model group than that in the sham -operated group (P〈0.01). While the injury of blood brain barrier and brain edema of each treatment group were milder than that of the model group (all P〈0.01). Conclusion: Zhongfengkang can protect blood brain barrier, reduce damage of cerebral ischemia and brain edema effectively by reducing ultrastructure damage of blood brain barrier.
