摘要
目的 :为研究脑梗死后脑内抑制性氨基酸 (IAAs)递质的变化规律及其意义。方法 :采用高效液相色谱 (HPLC)法测定了起病 7h~ 1 0 d的脑梗死病人及对照组的 CSF中 IAAs的浓度。结果 :脑梗死 7h后 CSF中 IAAs已显著升高 ,并于 2 d达到高峰 ,3~ 5d后降至正常水平。GABA浓度与梗死时间存在抛物线性回归关系而和梗死最大直径存在直线回归关系。结论 :脑梗死患者脑内 GABA等 IAAs的异常升高可能对脑组织起保护作用 。
Objective:To study the dynamic changes of inhibitory amino acids(IAAS) transmitters in patients with cerebral infarction and their basic and clinical significance.Methods: High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to dectect the concentrations of GABA,Ala and Tau in CSF.The samples were taken from 41 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction and 10 cases of controls.Results:Concentrations of GABA,Ala and Tau began to increase significantly in 7 hours and it reached the peak in the 2nd day returned to normal level in 7 days and 5 days separately.The concentration of GABA correlated significantly with the diameter of the infarction area and stage. Conclusion:The abnormal rising of IAAs in the brain during infarction may protect the brain from ischemic damage in a sense.It provides us a new way for studying for brain-protecting drugs.
