摘要
本文从教育学、唯物辩证法的矛盾观分析了师生矛盾冲突的产生 ,指出了建立新型师生关系的紧迫性。只有信任学生 ,尊重学生人格 ,满足学生合理的心理需求 ,关注“问题学生” ,才能建立新型的师生关系。
Based on the pedagogy and the law of contradiction of materialist dialectics, this paper analyses the causes of the conflict between teacher and students, and then states that it is urgent to establish new teacher\|students relationship. Only by trusting our students, respecting their human dignity, satisfying their sound psychological needs and paying close attention to those “Trouble Students”, can we set up new relationship between teacher and students.
