摘要
以蚕沙糊状叶绿素为原料 ,经脱镁、扩环制得紫红素 - 18,再与铜离子络合得到铜紫红素 - 18,收率 32 .7%。并以叶绿素铜钠为阳性对照 ,对其保肝及抗胃溃疡活性进行了初步研究。结果表明 ,给予本品后与空白对照相比 ,小鼠 TAA急性肝损伤模型的
Copper purpurin 18 was synthesized from silkworm excrement crude chlorophyll extractsthrough pheophorbide a and tested for liver protection and anti gastric ulcer activity. It showed anti stress gastric ulcer and protection activity of liver injury induced by thioacetamide, significantly different from control.
