微生态保健食品已成为人们防病治病的重要生物武器,越来越受到重视。本文概述了微生态制剂在食品中的应用,包括它的保健功能及其理论基础、安全性、有效性以及在功能食品中的应用现状,并对存在的问题进行了分析,以期人们能公正客观地对待微生态保健食品。
Microecolog ical health products which are g iven more consideration are the biolog ical weapon s for fortifying the health.This paper introduces the application of microecolog ics in food including it's therapeutic effects,its basic theory,safety,efficacy and its application trends in functional food.It also analyses the present problem,hoping that the public can have a fair and objective view toward functional foods.
