降胆固醇微生态制剂对大鼠高血脂的影响 被引量:6

EFFFCTS OF CHOLESTEROL-LOWERING MICROECOLOGICAL PREPARATION ON HYPERLIPID SERUM IN RATS

摘要 应用从鱼体内自行分离的一株细菌 ,以高脂大白鼠为实验模型 ,研究投喂不同浓度的该活菌制剂 ( 5×10 9CFU/ml和 5× 10 8CFU/ml)对高脂饲养大白鼠血脂的影响。结果显示 ,该生态制剂可明显降低大白鼠血清中 TC、TG及 Glc的水平 ,使 HDL -C、HDL-C/TC显著增高 ,而且随着给药剂量增大和时间的延长 ,生态制剂对大白鼠血清中 TC的降低逐渐明显。提示该生态制剂能促进体内胆固醇的降解 。 The effects of two concentrations of viable preparations (5×10 9CFU/ml and 5×10 8CFU/ml)on serum lipid, which were prepared with a strain isolated from fish, have been studied with rats fed with hyprlipid diets in this paper It was showed that the preparation could lower the levels of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG)and glucose(Glc)and increase the levels of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) and HDL-C/TC in rat serum markedly Its lowering effect on TC was enhaced with dosage and time It was demonstrated that the preapration could facilitate the metabolism of cholesterol in vivo and be applied to protection and treatment in atherosclerosis
