摘要
通过摇瓶单因素试验,研究了金属离子浓度对枯草杆菌BS-MM03菌株发酵生产的芽孢率的影响,发现Mg2+离子对其影响最为显著,其次为Mn2+离子。利用正交试验确定其最适产芽孢的金属离子浓度组合为:Mg2+0.030%、Mn2+0.015%、Ca2+0.02%、Fe2+0.004%。
By single factor experiments, the effect of metal ion concentration on spomlation efficiency of Bacillus subtilis BS,MM03 was examined. Among the examined ions, Mg2+ ion showed the highest effect on sporulation efficiency, followed by Mn2+ ion. Orthogonal experiment showed that the optimal ion concentrations was as follows: Mg2+ 0.030%,Mn2+0.015%,Ca2+ 0.02% and Fe2+ 0.004%.
