摘要
以产L 谷氨酸菌乳糖发酵短杆菌 (Brevibacteriumlactofermenturn)ATCC130 5 8为出发菌株 ,经过亚硝基胍和硫酸二乙酯多次诱变处理 ,获得一株产L 缬氨酸的多重标记菌株 ,其遗传标记为Leu±+Ileu-+Met-+AHVr+α ABr+ 2 TAr,在 10 %的葡萄糖培养基中产酸达 2 .8%～ 3.0 %,在 14%的葡萄糖培养基上产酸达 3.5 %以上 ,且副生杂酸少。
Using Brevibacterium lactofermentum as production glutamate strain and metagenizing with nitrosoguanidine and diethyl sulfare, We find a well produced strain,with a genetic label: Leu ±+Ilu -+Met -+AHV r+α AB r+2 TA r. It produces 2.8%-3.0% of L Val in 10% gluwine medium and 3.5% of L Val in 14% gluwine medium. This paper reports the breeding process and fermentation conditions in shake flash.
