摘要
偏滤器靶板的寿命主要受控于靶板材料的热疲劳性能。用热等静压焊接方法制作了钨为表面的模拟偏滤器材料小试样,在真空室中用大功率电子束作为热源进行热疲劳试验。电子束的功率密度选为5~9MW/m^2,循环周期为40s,在充分冷却的情况下,经过1000次的循环加热后,没有发现靶板材料出现破坏现象。经过扫描电子显微镜分析,也没有发现焊缝处出现裂纹。
Thermal fatigue of divertor plate is one of the key factors that govern its lifetime.Small mock-ups
of divertor plate were made by hot isostatic press welding,and the surface material is tungsten.A thermal cycling test was carried out for the mock-ups in vacuum;a high heat flux electronic gun was used as thermal source.A cyclic heat flux of 5~9MW/m2 was loaded onto the mock-ups,with a pulse duration of 20s and a cooling water flow rate of 80ml/s.After 1000 cycles,the surface and the W/Cu joint of the mock-ups did not show any damage due to the fatigue test.SEM examination of the microstructure of the welding joint revealed no cracks.
