摘要
20 0 0～ 2 0 0 1年进行鲶怀 (怀头鲶♀×鲶♂ )杂交试验 ,2 0 0 1年获卵 5 2 3万粒 ,受精率 82 % ,孵化率12 9% ,获苗 5 5 4 2尾 ,经 2 7d培育 ,获大规格鱼种 185 2尾 (平均全长 12 8cm)。混养结果表明 ,杂交鲶比鲶更适合套养。
The hybridizing experiment of silurus soldatovi N.(♀)× Parasilurus asotus L.(♂)was carried out from 2000 to 2001.In 2001,5.23×10 4eggs were obtained,the fertilizing rate was 82%,the hatching rate was 12.9%,and 5.542×10 3fries were obtained,after rearing 27 days,1852 big size fingerlings were obtained.the poly culured experiment result suggests that the hybrids fit to be cultured better in pond.
