摘要
以低温催产药物进行人工催产、授精 ,获得的杂交鲶受精卵平均卵径 1.6 4mm ,卵粒质量 3.5~ 3.6mg。利用 0 .3%胰蛋白酶对受精卵脱膜 ,解剖镜下连续观察 ,并将其分为胚盘期、卵裂期、囊胚期、原肠期、神经胚期、器官形成期和出膜期七个阶段 ,对所需时间和发育各时期形态特征进行了详细描述。在 18.2~ 19.7℃水温条件下 ,孵化积温为 10 35℃·h ,经 5 1h2 6min孵化出苗。
With hastening parturition medicine, zygotes of hybrid Silurus asotus were obtained at low water temperature by artificial hastening parturition and insemination. Diameter for an average egg was 1.64 mm and weight for an average egg was 3.5~3.6 mg. After removed by 0.3% of trypsin, membrane of zygote was continuously observed by microscope for anatomy. The total developmental stage can be divided into 7 stages as follows: blastodisc stage, cleavage stage, blastoderm stage, gastrulation stage, neurula stage, organogenesis stage and hatching complete stage. Period of every stage and morphology characteristics in every developmental stage were described in detail. Accumulative temperature during incubation was 1 035 ℃·h, and hatching was completed after 51 h and 26 min at the temperature of 18.2~19.7 ℃.
