摘要
在水温(17±2)℃、pH7.0条件下,选用聚维酮碘、阿维菌素、硫酸铜与硫酸亚铁合剂(m(CuSO 4·5H 2O)∶m(FeSO 4·7H 2O)=5∶2)、高锰酸钾、福尔马林、敌百虫6种常用水产药物,对体长(5.5±0.4)cm、体质量(1.20±0.05)g的北方须鳅幼鱼进行半静水式急性毒性试验。结果显示,聚维酮碘、阿维菌素、硫酸铜与硫酸亚铁合剂、高锰酸钾、福尔马林、敌百虫24、48、96 h的半致死质量浓度分别为41.30、38.73、34.87,0.029、0.023、0.020,0.77、0.46、0.31,2.30、2.06、1.92,25.32、23.71、22.34,12.22、7.42、2.63 mg/L;安全质量浓度分别为10.22、0.004、0.050、0.500、6.240、0.820 mg/L。由此可知,聚维酮碘、阿维菌素、敌百虫在北方须鳅疾病防治过程中可按常规质量浓度安全使用。
The acute toxicity of aquatic drugs including povidone iodine,avermectin,mixture of copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate m(copper sulfate):m(ferrous sulfate)=5∶2,potassium permanganate,formalin and trichlorfon on Barbatula barbatula nuda with body length(5.5±0.4)cm and body weight(1.20±0.05)g in semi-static water was tested at temperature(17±2)℃ and pH 7.0.The results showed that the lethal concentrations of povidone iodine,avermectin,copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate m(copper sulfate):m(ferrous sulfate)=5∶2,potassium permanganate,formalin,trichlorfon for 24,48 and 96 h were 41.30,38.73,34.87;0.029,0.023,0.020;0.77,0.46,0.31;2.30,2.06,1.92;25.32,23.71,22.34 and 12.22,7.42,2.63 mg/L;respectively.While the safe concentration for the drugs above were 10.22,0.004,0.05,0.50,6.24 and 0.82 mg/L,respectively.It is concluded that povidone iodine,avermectin and trichlorfon can be safely used at conventional concentrations for disease control of Barbatula barbatula nuda.
