摘要
在楔横轧轧制过程中 ,工艺参数与力能参数之间存在着密切而复杂的关系。本文对已有楔横轧力能参数实验测试进行有限元法模拟 ,结果证明用有限元法计算轧机力能参数具有良好的可靠性和通用性 ,在此基础上进一步对楔横轧力能参数影响因素进行了较全面系统地分析 。
In the rolling procedure of cross wedge rolling,the technological parameters and the parameters of force and energy have intimate and complicated relation.In this paper,through simulating tested model concerning parameters of force and energy of cross wedge rolling by FEM,a result has been obtained which proves that calculating mill parameters of force and energy by FEM has favorable reliability and versatility.Based on these researches, influence factors of parameters of force and energy in cross wedge rolling have been completely and systematically analyzed.In the mean time, primary and secondary factors effecting on parameters of force and energy have been synthesized.
