摘要
汽车半轴是汽车的重要零件之一 ,研究其精密成形技术具有重要的应用价值。对目前国内外汽车半轴成形几种主要技术的研究现状进行较详细论述 ,并比较了它们各自的优缺点 ,指出多楔楔横轧精密成形技术生产汽车半轴将是今后汽车半轴成形的主要趋势。
Several technologies in forming automobile semiaxes are introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of such technologies are analyzed. It is concluded that Multi-wedge Cross Wedge Rolling(MCWR)will be the main technology in forming automobile semiaxes.
