摘要
本文通过对楔横轧变形原理及接触形式的分析,推导了轧制过程中接触区的螺旋面方程,提出了楔横轧变形接触面积及变形载荷的求解方法,计算结果与实测值相符。文章分析了工艺参数对变形载荷的影响,定量地解释了各影响曲线的变化趋势。研究结果对楔横轧金属变形的理论研究及工程应用有一定的参考价值。
The equation of helicoid in contact area on rolling was deduced thraugh analysing the characteristics of deformation in the process of cross wedge rolling in this paper. The calculating method for the contact area and the deformation load was proposed and the numerical values of deformation load match the experiments.The influence of technological parameters on the deformation load was analysed in detail. The research results are of important value to the theoritical research and engineering application of metal deformation.
