汽车半轴楔横轧多楔成形力能参数数值模拟与实验 被引量:6

Numerical Simulation and Experiment of Mechanical Parameters in Forming Automobile Semi-axes with Multi-wedge Cross Wedge Rolling

摘要 轧制力和轧制力矩是楔横轧汽车半轴轧机设计中的重要参数,由于多楔成形半轴过程中主侧楔的相互制约作用,轧制过程中力能参数变化复杂。采用二次开发的有限元命令流程序系统分析了工艺参数对多楔成形半轴时力能参数的影响规律;开发了力能参数的计算机数据采集及测试系统,在线测试了各工艺参数对力能参数的影响规律,测试结果与理论分析结果相符。 Using finite element method, the varying rule of mechanical parameters with technology parameters was analyzed systematically in multi-wedge cross wedge rolling forming automobile semiaxes. The testing system of mechanical parameters by using computer-collected data was developed. Through this testing system, the influence rule of rolling force and rolling moment at different technology parameters was tested on line. The result of test corresponded with the theoretical analysis. The research results provided important theory foundation for defining parameters of rolling force and rolling moment for developing multi-wedge cross wedge rolling mill of forming automobile semi-axes.
