摘要
研究普通氨基酸注射液 (17AA)与富含谷氨酰胺及支链氨基酸注射液 (2 0AA)对创伤大鼠的营养效用。以Wistar大鼠为创伤模型 ,分别输注两种配方的氨基酸注射液 ,以日立L - 85 0 0氨基酸自动分析仪测定动物血浆游离氨基酸 ,并测定创伤处海绵内羟脯氨酸含量。结果显示创伤后大鼠血浆牛磺酸、谷氨酸、谷氨酰胺和支链氨基酸含量较术前下降 ,但 2 0AA组血浆氨基酸恢复优于 17AA组 ,创伤处海绵内羟脯氨酸含量 2 0AA组显著高于 17AA组 (1.2 9± 0 .2 1vs 0 .83± 0 .16mg/块海绵 ,P <0 .0 5 )。提示 。
To investigate the effect of glutamine and branched-chain amino acid enriched parenteral nutrition formula on traumatized rat, the plasma contents of free amino acid and hydroproline in sponge emdeded in wound were determined. 16 traumatized Wistar rats were divided into two groups randomly, the animals in group one were injected with 17AA, and another group injected with 20AA. It was showed that the plasma contents of taurine, glumine and glutamine, branched-chain amino acid decreased significantly on the third day after trauma, but on the fourteenth day recovered better in 20AA group than in 17AA group. The content of hydroproline in sponge of the 20AA group was significantly higher than that of the 17AA group(1.29±0.21 vs 0.83±0.16 mg/piece, P<0.05). The results indicated that the new type 20AA injection might help to elevate the contents of glutamine and related amino acids in plasma and promote healing on traumatized rat.
