摘要
目的:观察含谷氨酰胺二肽的新型 20种氨基酸注射液(20AA)对创伤大鼠静脉营养支持 7天的效用。 方法:将 24只Wistar大鼠行创伤和中心静脉置管手术后,随机分成 17AA组、18AA组、20AA组,分别输注市售的17AA、18AA以及 20AA注射液。实验期为 1周。实验结束时,观察血浆蛋白质、伤口皮肤抗张力强度、羟脯氨酸含量、胸腺和脾重量、外周血淋巴细胞DNA损伤等指标的变化。 结果:①20AA组动物平均体重的恢复、伤口皮肤的抗张力强度均好于 17AA组和 18AA组,胶原蛋白含量也有增高的趋势;②给予复方氨基酸输液的三组大鼠外周血淋巴细胞DNA移动距离差异无显著性意义,但 20AA组有缩短的趋势。 结论:与市售 17种和 18种氨基酸注射液相比,新型 20种氨基酸注射液更有利于促进创伤愈合。
Objective: In this study,the intravenous nutritional effects of 20-crystalline amino acids solutions enriched with glutamine dipeptide(20AA) on traumatized rats were investigated. Methods: After operation,twenty-four male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups,and infused with different solutions containing 17 amino acids(17AA),18 amino acids (18AA) and 2.6% 20AA through central vein for seven days.Body weight,dietary intake, serum protein level,the hydroxyproline content of sponge and tensile-strength of wound, thymus and spleen weight were measured.At the same time, the peripheral blood lymphocytes DNA damage was detected. Results: ①The recovery of body weight at 7 th day were as follows: 2.6% 20AA group >18AA>17AA.②Compared with other 2 groups,the levels of hydroxyproline in sponge were increased in 2.6% 20AA group(P<0.05). ③Compared with other amino acid solution groups, DNA shift distance in 20AA group was with the trend of decrease. Conclusion: The results show that 20AA is more beneficial than 17AA and 18AA in improving wound healing.
