摘要
利用声发射信号进行轴承的故障检测 ,能减少噪声和工况的干扰 ,能够在低速轻载下有效检测货车轴承的故障。实践证明 ,该检测仪原理清晰 ,实施简便 ,可靠性高 ,达到了实时监测的目的。
Using the sound emission signal to check bearing failure can reduce interference of noise and operation condition, and can efficiently check bearing failure of freight at lower speed and light load. The practical use shows that principle of this instrument is right, operation is convenient and reliability is high. The purpose of realtime monitor were realized.
