声发射技术在复合材料振动性能测试中的应用

摘要 利用声发射技术对玻璃纤维/环氧树脂复合材料悬臂梁的振动性能进行研究.采集悬臂梁自由振动下的声发射(AE)信号,并对信号进行快速傅里叶变换(FFT)和频谱分析.结果表明:复合材料声发射延续时间长,其主频率为108.5Hz、阻尼系数为0.113.这一结果同电阻应变传感系统测得的梁的实际振频110.1Hz、阻尼系数0.119非常接近,说明该方法用于复合材料固有频率测试时精确度高;而且同应变传感系统相比,能够反映复合材料的微观变化,对研究其振动损伤有重要意义. The acoustic emission (AE)technique is adopted to analyze the vibration performance of interlock structured glass fabric/epoxy composite. The vibration signals from a free vibrated cantilever beam are carried on Fast Fourier Transformation and spectrum analysis. The results show that: AE can last for a long time,and its main frequency is 108.5 Hz and damping coefficient is 0.113. Compared to the resistant-strain method's 110.1 Hz and 0.119, AE technic is accurate in composite's free vibration test; moreover, AE technique can reflect changes in composite's mirco-structure, which is of great value for the research of composite vibration damages.
