摘要
介绍了复合式磁电传感器的结构、原理和实验结果。该传感器在轴承待测部位形成分布磁场 ,当轴承外圈低速旋转时 ,传感器感应线圈上产生电信号 ,通过对该信号的分析和处理 ,可以对轴承故障进行探测。附图 9幅 ,参考文献 3篇。
The structure, principle and test results of a new compound magnetoelectricity transducer are introduced. When the outer race of bearing rotates at low speed in the magnetic field formed by the transduce an induction current signal will appear. The signal can be used for analyzing troubles of bearings.
