摘要
在 p H为 4 .0的 HAc- Na Ac缓冲溶液中 ,Mn( )对 KIO4 氧化孔雀绿具有催化作用 ,据此理论 ,本文以氨三乙酸为活化剂 ,氟化钠为掩蔽剂 ,用抗坏血酸中止反应 ,建立了一种间接测定锰的动力学光度法 ,其检出限和测定范围分别为 3.8× 10 -11g/ m L和 0 .5 ng/ m L— 2μg/ m L。该法已用于水中微量元素锰的测定 ,结果令人满意。
The catalytic effect of Mn(Ⅱ) on the oxidation of malachite green by KIO 4 in a pH 4.0 HAc-NaAc buffer solution was studied.Using NTA as activator, NaF as masking agent,ascorbic acid to terminate the reaction,we developed an indirect dynamic spectrophotometry method for determinating the manganese.Its determination limit and range are 3.8×10 -11g/mL and 0.5ng/mL-2μg/mL respectively.The method has been applied to the determination of trace manganese in tea with a satisfactory result.
