摘要
提出了 3,3′,5 ,5′-四甲基联苯胺 (TMB)分光光度法测定二氧化氯的新方法 ,在 p H≤ 2的盐酸介质中 ,最大吸收波长为 4 5 0 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1.0 4× 10 5L· mol-1· cm-1,线性范围 0 .0 1— 0 .6mg· L-1。该方法用于自来水中微量二氧化氯的测定 ,结果令人满意。
A new method for the determination of chlorine dioxide with 3,3′,5,5′-Tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) was proposed.In a medium of HCl(pH≤2),its absorption maximum is at 450nm with an apparent molar absorptivity is 1.04×10 5L·mol -1·cm -1.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.01-0.6mg·L -1 for chlorine dioxide.The method has been applied to the determination of chlorine dioxide in water samples with satisfactory results.
