摘要
针对动态联盟企业的特点 ,提出了一种基于集成产品开发功能小组的企业组织模型 ,并通过过程与项目之间的映射关系 ,应用分布式项目管理技术对动态联盟企业的运行进行管理。该管理模式不仅具有对动态联盟的组建和实施目标提供决策支持 。
According to the features of AVE, a enterprise structure model was presented. This model was suitable for integrated product development working team, and based on the distributed project management for AVE running process through the map reflections between processes and projects. The model supported not only decision management for fundament and object of AVE, but also the functions of static optimization and dynamic control etc.
