摘要
对动态联盟企业的组织建立过程进行了研究,认为完整的联盟组织建立过程是由调节子系统(以战略为核心)联接起来的成员企业内结构子系统创新过程和文化子系统创新过程的有机结合。基于此提出了一个组织建立过程模型,对其进行了剖析。分析了该模型较以往研究的独到之处。该模型为组建动态联盟企业提供了一个指导性框架。
In the paper,the course of agile virtual enterprise, organizational building is investigated,a model of the course is given,every step in the model is analyzed and the difference between the model and the existing models on the issue is presented.
