Social Network and the Growth Models of Small and Medium Sized Firms

摘要 在竞争激烈、产品快速升级换代的环境下,中小企业难以完全依靠自身力量立足并取得发展。中小企业成长依赖于外部资源获取,而资源获取渠道又通常来自于由各种关系交织成的复杂、交叉重叠的社会网络。本文将中小企业成长与社会网络联系起来,构造了基于社会网络构建与演进的中小企业成长的两个一般理论模型,即复制演进模型和重构演进模型,并结合中小企业成长的两个典型案例对模型做出了解释。 Small and medium firms could hardly survive and develop independently in highly competitive environment. The growth of small and medium firms relies on the resources access from the outside, the medium through which is usually a social network combined by organizations and persons, and various relationships. With the resource-based theory and methods of social network analysis, this paper constructs two models of the growth of small and medium firms and gives exemplifying explanations.
