摘要
研究了以ABS、CPE、EVA 3种树脂为载体的阻燃母粒体系 ,得到阻燃母粒中阻燃剂 (DBDPO)质量分数为 70 %、80 %、主阻燃剂DBDPO与辅助阻燃剂Sb2 O3的配比为 3 :1、以硬脂酸锌为润滑剂的阻燃体系。通过使用灼热丝试验方法测试材料的阻燃性能 ,该体系阻燃性能达到美国UL94-V
Flame-retardant masterbatch of ABS was prepared respectively with ABS,CPE,EVA as matrix and DBDPO/ Sb\-2O\-3 as complex flame retardant. The result showed that the system boasted better flame retardency and other properties when using CPE as matrix and 70phr DBDPO/ Sb\-2O\-3(3/1) as comple flame retardant.Flame retardancy was tested by using glow-wire and flame retardancy of the system reached US standard of UL94- V-0.
