摘要
利用扫描电镜对原位反应增容技术制备的无机非卤阻燃ABS母粒及材料的界面形态进行了系统研究,考察了无机非卤阻燃剂与ABS树脂间的相容性。结果表明:采用该法制得的无机非卤阻燃ABS材料阻燃剂粒子被基体树脂包覆后均匀地分散在ABS树脂中,很难看出阻燃剂与ABS之间明显的界面,断裂截面显示出韧性断裂的基本特征,无机非卤阻燃剂与ABS良好的相容性是母粒法加工技术和原位反应增容技术共同作用的结果。
A halogen-free flame retardant masterbatch was prepared by in-situ polymerization of a polar vinyl monomer initiated with DCP in ABS matrix, and subsequently blended with Al (OH)3 and Mg(OH)2. This masterbatch was introduced into neat ABS resin to yield a halogen-free flame retardant ABS. SEM revealed that the inorganic particles were well dispersed in matrix. The fractured surface showed a ductile feature.
