摘要 本文研究了DBDPO/Sb_2O_3,有机硅橡胶/金属皂、SiO_2、Mg(OH)_2、玻纤(GF)对ABS燃烧性能和力学性能的影响.研究结果表明,对于ABS的阻燃,有机硅橡胶/金属皂比常规的DBDPO/Sb_2O_3阻燃体系好,并对ABS具有一定的消烟和减少熔体滴落作用;GF、SiO_2对有机硅橡胶/金属皂阻燃ABS具有较强的助阻燃作用,MS(OH)_2只有在添加量很大时才显示一定的助阻燃作用,而对ABS的燃烧冒烟现象无改进作用;当有机硅橡胶/金属皂为10PHR,GF为5~10PHR时,ABS的氧指数达26以上,冒烟较少,拉伸强度略有提高,冲击强度损失较少,综合性能好. The effects of DBDPO/Sb2O3, Silicone rubber/metallic Soap,SiO2,Mg(OH) ,and glass fiber on the flame retardance and mechanical properties of ABS plastics were studied in this papaer. The results showed that silicone based flame retardant offered ABS better flame-retardance than DBDPO/Sb2O3, furthermore, it provided ABS with less dripping, smoking and good mechanical properties. Glass fiber and SiO2 were good flame retardant aids for ABS. Only when Mg(OH)2 content was more than enough, could it act as flame retardant aid, having no effect on improving the smoking of ABS. When silicone rubber/metallic soap content was 10 PHR and glass fiber 5-10 PHR, the oxygen index of the ABS plastics was higher than 26, with less smoking, greater tensile strength, less decrease of impact strength better over-all properties.
