摘要
以丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯树脂(ABS,牌号为0215A)为原料,加入阻燃剂、增韧剂及分散剂硅油,可制备阻燃ABS树脂。结果表明,在ABS树脂中,加入以四溴双酚A与三氧化二锑为复合体系(二者质量比为2:1)的阻燃剂,当体系含溴质量分数大于10%时,试样阻燃性能满足UL94V-0级要求;阻燃ABS树脂的最佳增韧剂是ABS接枝粉料,当其加入量为9%~19%(质量分数)时,试样的冲击强度达到150—200J/m;在相同配方及操作条件下,以溴代环氧烷为阻燃剂制备的阻燃ABS树脂,其耐候性优于以四溴双酚A为阻燃剂者。
Flame retardant acrylonitrile - butadiene- styrene (ABS)resin was prepared with ABS resin as material, and by adding flame retardant, flexibilizer and dispersant silicon oil. The results showed that the flame retardant sample could satisfy the need of UL 94 V -0 grade when the flame retardant system (mass ratio of tetrabromobisphenol A to stibous oxide 2 : 1 ) with bromine of mass fraction more than 10% was added in ABS resin. The best flexibilizer for flame retardant ABS was ABS graft powder, and the impact 150 -200 J/m at its mass the same formulation strength of sample was fraction of 9% - 19%. At and condition, the weatherability of flame retardant ABS resin with brominated epoxy alkane was better than that of with tetrabromobisphenol A.
