摘要
对我国原产蔷薇属植物中的9种进行不同温度冰冻处理后,采用电阻法测定其电阻值。同时,用枝条进行生长恢复试验,将不同冰冻温度处理后,枝条的电阻测定值和扦插存活率分别在电子计算机上进行聚类分析。两种试验方法的分类结果近似。绪论如下:疏花蔷薇、宽刺蔷薇抗寒性最强,可耐-45℃的低温;单瓣黄刺玫、重瓣黄刺玫、报春刺玫、白玉堂蔷薇、弯刺蔷薇抗寒性较强。不同程度地抗-35℃至-45℃的低温,‘月月粉’月季、木香抗寒性较差,仅能抗-15℃的低温。文中讨论了与抗寒性有关的其它因素和改进实验技术等问题。
Annual shoots of 9 Rosa species with different frost resistance were sampled at -15 ℃ for 24h,then treatment was decreasing 2 ℃/1.5h, staying at -25 ℃, -35℃ and - 45 ℃ respectively for 20h and at last transferred to 13 ℃ for 5h. Freezing injury was determined by tissue electric resistance and restoring growth test. Classification of cold hardiness was evaluated by systems analysis. The results are as follows: 1. The very hard species ( Rosa laxa Retz., R.platyacantha Schrenk ) can bear below -45 ℃ in winter. 2 . The medium hardy species ( R.xanthina Lindl., R. xanthina f. normalis Rehd. et Wils., R. multiflora cv. Albo-
Plena, R.primula Bouleng, R.beggeriana Schrenk ) can bear-25 ℃—— 45 ℃
in winter. 3. The slightly hardy species ( R. chinensis cv. Parson' s Pink China, R. banksiae Ait. ) can bear - 15 ℃ in winter. The relation-ship between tissue electrical resistance and cold hardiness together with the factors influencing tissue electrical resistance discussed.
