摘要
本文对西北林学院杜仲优树汇集圃内10个优树无性系的枝条进行了不同低温处理,采用电导法测定了电解质渗出率,探讨了10个优树无性之间的抗寒性差异,对其抗寒性强弱进行综合评判后依次排序为:略45>略11>略16>湘11>略49>略1>略43>略41>黔8>灌3。并初步测出10个杜仲优树无性的半致死温度约在-22~24℃之间。
The electrolyte permeability of branches of ten selected eucommia clones of plus trees were measured by electro-conductivity guage under different low temperture treatments. The differences of cold resistance among the ten clones were analysed and the cold resistance of these clones was ranked as Lue45, Lue11, Lue16, Xiang11, Lue49, Luel, Lue43, Lue41, Qian 8 and Guan 3 through comperhensive evaluation. It was estimated that the half lethal temperture for the ten clones was at about-22~-24℃.
