摘要
本文通过对中国原产的蔷薇属植物中的6个种和3个月季品种的花粉,进行扫描电镜观察,对花粉形态进行了描述,探讨了有关植物在进化过程中的地位,及通过花粉形态来鉴定月季品种及其倍性的可能性。
In this paper, pollen grains of 6 species of the genus Rosa in China and8 cultivars of rose were examined under scanning electron microscope. Thepollen grains of the genus are prolate and perprolate in shape with 12.6(10.9-14.4)×23.3 (20.6-27.1) μm and 3-colpates. The exine ornamentation isstriate with or without puncta. The systematic position of some rose spec-ies and identification of rose cultivars are disscussed based on characterist-ics of pollen gains.
