摘要
自案例教学20世纪70年代被成功运用于西方的师范教育中以来,受到极大关注。它与师范教育的契合,在于使学生了解更多的教育实际情景,从而提高面对“结构性”较差的变动不居的教育实践的能力。案例教学在师范教育中的运用,关键是根据案例的基本特征,努力制作好教学案例,并按照案例教学的运用范围,成功组织案例分析和讨论,使学生能够像一个真正的教师那样去思考、分析问题,锻炼直面教学的本领。
Since the case teaching succeeded in applying to western teacher-training in 1970s, much attention had been paid to it.It connects to teacher-training, it's purpose is to know more educational practical view, improve face 'structural system poor fixed changes to educate practical ability. The application of case teaching in normal education, which is important to make the best example of case teaching according to its basic character. Secondly, according to these models, successful organize these cases and research it. It makes the students consider and analysis problems like a teacher, so as to practice advanced educational ability.
