摘要
通过对四列组合轴承载荷分布的模拟实验研究 ,提出了轴承径向载荷分布的检测方法 ,为宝钢 2 0 5 0精轧机提高工作辊轴承寿命的研究工作提供了可靠的实验手段与试验数据 ,实验结果对研究轴承破坏机理具有重要参考价值。
An experimental method of measuring radial load distribution has been developed for work roll bearing on strip rolling mill. By the simulation study of four-row roller bearing load distribution, a reliable experimental method for work roll bearing life was established rolling mill. The experimental results are useful for studying the failure mechanism of roller bearing.
