摘要
本文通过对宝钢 2 0 50mm热轧板机工作辊轴承模拟样机的全面测试研究 ,给出了测试多列滚动轴承载荷分布的新方法。该方法是采用直接测量接触压力分布技术 ,并与间接测试方法进行了比较。实验结果表明这种方法是正确的 ,并且简单易行 ,为宝钢生产现场测量奠定了坚实的基础。
After a complete test investigation on the load property of a combined bearing model, a new approach is given, which mainly deals with the andlysis of load distribution of multi row roller bearings. This approach is correct and simple The stable foundation has been made for the spot test in Baosteel.
