摘要
衬套作为油膜轴承中关键零部件,分析其应力分布对衬套制造工艺与预测衬套损伤有重要意义。本文对受到压力/温度载荷作用的衬套进行研究,结合有限元理论对结合界面的应力分布规律进行分析,并研究巴氏合金/锡青铜分别作为耐磨层时的应力分布,讨论了结合界面应力分布不均匀现象,通过对沿界面及界面端的应力分布情况的分析,确定了结合界面应力集中位置,对比讨论了巴氏合金/锡青铜的应力分布,为两种衬套实际使用中的应力分布提供依据。
As a key of oil-film bearing,the analysis of stress distribution is a great significance to the manufacturing process of bushing and the prediction of bushing damage. In this paper,the pressure/temperature load is studied,combined with the finite element theory,the combination of interface stress distribution was analyzed,and research the stress of babbitt/copper alloy as wear-resisting layer,discusses the combination of interface stress distribution uneven phenomenon,based on the analysis of the stress distribution along the interface and the interface end,the stress concentration position of the bonding interface is determined,and the stress distribution of the Babbitt/copper alloy is discussed comparatively,which provides a basis for the stress distribution of the two bushings in actually used.
