摘要
对当前在国内推广使用的高刚度轧机重载滚子轴承低寿命问题,通过理论及现场测试分析指出,其原因在于轧机轴承座在原理和机构方面不具有自位性能。自位性能失效,导致重载滚子轴承和轧辊轴向调节机构严重偏载运转,异常损坏。
The main reason on the short service life problem of roller bearings withheavy duty in high stiffness rolling mill, which is widely used in recent years, has beenpointed out by the analysis on theory and field testing.The reason is the rolling millchock can't produce a self-aligning effect neither in theory nor in mechanism. The failureof self-aligning effect lead to abnormal destruction of the roller bearings working undereccentric load.
