摘要
人权问题 ,是现代各国和国际关系中一个复杂而敏感的问题 ,尤其是少数民族人权的保护 ,更为国际社会和世界各国所普遍关注。中国是一个统一的多民族国家 ,党和国家一直十分重视民族问题 ,不仅确立了正确的民族政策 ,实行民族区域自治 ,还制定了一整套适合中国国情的保护少数民族人权的法律制度。本文拟从少数民族人权问题的历史发展入手 ,阐明中国少数民族人权保护的政治基础、措施、范围、内容和存在的问题 ,提出通过发展社会主义民主政治 ,加快经济社会发展 ,促进少数民族人权的保护。
Problem of human rights is a complex and delicate problem in modern countries and international relationship, especially the protection of human rights of minority nationalities has attracted wide attention of the international society and all the countries. China is a unitary, multi-national country, so our Party and central government have been attaching great importance to national problem and not only adopt correct national policies, practicing regional national autonomy, but also lay down a whole set of legal systems conforming to the situation in our country to protect human rights of minority nationalities. From the historical development of problem of human rights of minority nationalities, the paper defines the political basis, measures, ranges, contents and existing problems of protection of human rights of minority nationalities and suggests to promote the protection of human rights of minority nationalities according to developing socialist democratic politics and accelerating the development of economy and society.
