摘要
本文就修订后的刑法对我国少数民族人权的保障问题作了比较全面的阐述 ,并进而论证了新刑法对少数民族人权保障的意义以及适用中应注意的一些问题。作者认为 ,新刑法有利于促进民族团结和国家稳定 。
The paper analyses how the revised Criminal Law guarantees the human rights of nationalities, then discusses the significance of the guarantee and the noticeable issues in its application.The author thinks that the new Criminal Law helps to promote national union,national stability and improve our national fame in the world.
