摘要
本文通过对我国西部地区资源优势的分析和对东部财力优势的简述，阐明东部地区的资金和西部地区的资源开发组合是最佳的发展组合，东西部优势的互动，将对西部大开发产生巨大的经济效益和深远的社会影响。
With an analysis on superiority of west resources and east financial capacities in our Country, this article clarifies that association of east funds and west resources development is the best. The Cooperation of the east and west superiority will exert great economic benefits and profound social impact to west development.
