摘要
利用高分子絮凝剂絮凝去除甘油发酵液中的菌体 ,考察了pH值、絮凝剂用量、絮凝温度对絮凝效果的影响 ,结果表明 :适宜的絮凝条件为 pH =5~ 10 ,温度 30~ 40℃ ,ρ(絮凝剂 ) =0 6~0 8g/L ,此时菌体絮凝率 (FR)可达 90 %以上。经絮凝处理后 ,滤速为未加絮凝剂的 2 5~ 4 5倍 ;滤液中菌体去除率达 10 0 % ;固形物的回收量为未加絮凝剂的 2 1倍 ;滤饼的含湿量由 71%增加到 78%。
Flocculation of yeast cell from glycerol broth with a polymer flocculant was studied.Experimental results indicated that the optimum flocculation conditions were:pH=5~10, flocculant 0.6~0.8 g/L and temperature 30~40 ℃.In comparison with a zero flocculant control,2.5-4.5 fold filtration rate,2.1 fold yeast recovery and 100% removal of yeast in filtrated broth were achieved under the optimum conditions of flocculation,but residual moisture in filter cake increased from 71% to 78%.
