摘要
以正交试验测取的多项结果指标,采用分组统计的方法,进行F方差检验证明:发酵液中残留还原糖、菌体数量(OD680nm值)和丙三醇之间存在着极显著相互制约关系.在本实验条件下,当控制菌体增长浓度为OD680nm值0.622,还原糖质量分数为1.67%时,丙三醇产生量最多.
With the multiple result parameters obtained by orthogonal test and grouping statistics,we proved by F square derivation test that a remarkable interact relation exists among the numbers of residual reducing sugar,strain(Value of OD 680nm )and propanetriol in fermentation liquor.Also,the analysis results suggest that when the growping concentration of strain was controlled to 0.622(OD 680nm ),and the residual reducing sugar 1.67%,the yield of propanetriol was the best.
