摘要 研究了ZnO加入量对Ba(Ti,Zr)O3(BTZ)基电容器陶瓷性能的影响 ,得到了ZnO影响其性能的规律 ,即随着ZnO加入量的增加材料的介电常数开始增大随后减少 ,而介质损耗开始减小随后增大 ,当w(ZnO) =0 .5 %时材料的介电常数达最大而介质损耗最小。得到了介电常数为 1 65 30、介质损耗为 5 0× 1 0 - 4 、耐压达 8MV/m以上综合性能好的电容器陶瓷 利用SEM研究了ZnO对BTZ基电容器陶瓷微观结构的影响 ,探讨了ZnO加入量对BTZ基电容器陶瓷性能和结构的影响机制 ,结果表明 :ZnO是通过细晶化、降低烧结温度、移峰作用、形成ZnO Ba(Ti,Zr)O3基复合材料、提高致密度等来影响瓷料性能和结构 The influence of additive amount of ZnO on the properties of Ba(Ti,Zr)O 3(BTZ) series capacitor ceramics has been investigated,and the law of the influence on the BTZ series capacitor ceramics has been obtained, i. e.with the increasing of ZnO additive, the dielectric constant ( ε ) of materials starts increasing and then decreasing while the dielectric losses(tan δ ) starts decreasing and then increasing and the dielectric constant is maximum and dielectric losses are minimum while w (ZnO) =0.5%.The BTZ ceramics with optimum comprehensive properties have been obtained high ε (=16530),low tan δ (=50×10 -4 ) and high breakdown voltage (>8MV/m) .The influence of ZnO additive amount on the microstructure of BTZ ceramics by means of SEM has been studied, The influence mechanism of ZnO additive on the properties and microstructure of the BTZ ceramics is discussed. The results show that ZnO additive influences the properties and microstructure of BTZ ceramics by means of fine grain, lowering sintering temperature , shifting curie temperature peak effect, forming ZnO Ba(Ti,Zr)O 3 series composite materials, increasing density ,and so on. These results provide the basis for ZnO additive modifying capacitor ceramics.
