摘要
合成了衣康酸 (IA)、丙烯酰胺 (AM )和 2 -丙烯酰胺基 - 2 -甲基丙磺酸 (AMPS)三元共聚物降滤失剂。通过正交试验 ,得到了共聚物的最佳合成条件 :反应温度 55℃ ,引发剂用量 0 .1 % ,反应时间 6h ,单体配比AMPS :AM :IA =30 :60 :1 0。
AMPS-AM-IA terpolymer is synthesized using 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propane sulfonic acid (AMPS),acrylamide (AM) and itaconic acid (IA) as raw materials.The optimum conditions of the synthesis are determined through orthogonal experiments:reaction temperature 55℃,initiator dosage 0.1%,reaction time 6 h and monomer ratio AMPS∶AM∶IA=30∶60∶10.
