摘要
本文介绍了抗高温抗盐阳离子降滤失剂CHSP-Ⅰ的合成方法,评价了CHSP-Ⅰ的抑制性能、抗高温抗盐降滤失性能,简介了CHSP-Ⅰ在塔里木、南海、渤海等油田应用的实例。该降滤失剂能耐200℃以上高温,抗钙能力强,可抗盐至饱和,具有良好的抑制性能和降滤失作用,与其它处理剂配伍性良好,适用于各种水基钻井液体系。
The laboratory preparation of the titled filtrate loss reducer,CHSP-Ⅰ,from sodium sulfomethylhumate,sodium salt of hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile, phenol and formaldehyde is described. The results of a comprehensive comparative laboratory evaluation show that: CHSP-Ⅰmakes the filter cake of clay mud more compact and stronger is tolerent to 0. 7% CaCl_2 and to NaCl up to saturation concentration, has good inhibitory capacity against shale desintegration and is heat resistant up t0 >200℃ (as to maintain HTHP filtrate losses of the mud) ; the cationic polymer muds treated by CHSP-Ⅰin 1 -3% have excellent overall inhibitory effects. CHSP-Ⅰhas put into field use in drillig more than 70 wells of various types. Two examples of using CHSP-Ⅰ are presented: in a MMH sea water mud for drilling a horizontal well in Bohai offshore; in a new antisloughing cationic polymer mud for drilling a deep well with some 15 high pressure zones of high salinity barine.
