摘要
以多元醇GLY-1抑制剂为主,辅配降失水剂、增粘剂等常用处理剂的钻井液体系,能显著降低泥页岩的水化分散和水化膨胀作用,具有较好的流变性、润滑性、造壁性及抗无机钠盐、钙盐、石膏污染的能力。在不同区域的2口井进行的现场实验表明,它具有与常用钻井液处理剂相容性好、泥饼质量高,井眼规则、废弃钻井液排放量少和对环境污染轻等特点,优于普通聚合物钻井液。
Shale inhibitor GLY- 1 is a polyvalent alcohol, prepared from polyglycerol. Mud system formulated with GLY- 1, and other chemicals can retarding the hydration and swelling of shales. This system possesses good lubricity, low toxicity, tolerance with inorganic salts. Tests at rig site indicate that GLY- 1 is compatible with normal additives, reduces the the amount of drilling disposal, and is benefit to environment.
