摘要
报告将渐变折射率非晶碳氢膜(a-C:H)用作氯化钾红外激光透镜的保护、增透膜的设计;实验室制备工艺及样品的性能测试。
This article reports the design of the protecting and antireflecting layer on KCl IRlaser lens by using hydrogenated amorphous Carbon film(a-C:H)with its refractive index vary-ing gradually.The search on its laboratory fabrication technique and the measurement results ofthe performance of the samples are also reported.
