摘要
本文利用直接成型法 (DFG)研制氯化钾等单晶单模和多模光纤。光纤内径Φ分别为 10μm、15 0μm和 30 0 μm,长度 L 为 30～ 10 0 cm。研究了单晶光纤生长条件 。
This paper deals with direct formed growth (DFG) technique.Single crystal KCl fibers with single mode and multimode are produced by the DFG technique.Inner diameter of these fibers are 10 μm,150 μm and 300 μm and their length are 30～100 cm respectively.
